This vintage white smocked maxi dress is so dreamy. Ruffle details on trim and tiered peasant style skirting make this a truly whimsical dress. Constructed beautifully to showcase a smocked bodice and scooped feminine neckline. The perfect Texas summer dress! Excellent vintage condition, has a few marks on the lining inside but isn't visible except on the inside. Very minor wear.
