Do you accept returns or exchanges?

At Honey Hill Market, we are dedicated to finding you the most unique vintage treasures. Each item in our collection is carefully selected for its distinct styling and potential. Due to the nature of vintage items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for any gift certificates, homewares or newer items such as (but not limited to) apothecary, beauty, and branded merchandise. Here's why:

Unique Sizing and Fit: Vintage clothing often has unique sizing that varies significantly from modern sizing standards. The best way to ensure a proper fit is to compare the measurements provided in the listing with your own measurements. We encourage you to measure yourself accurately and consult the detailed measurements in each item’s description.

Pre-Loved Condition: Many of our vintage items have been pre-loved and may show signs of wear. These imperfections add to the charm and character of each piece, making it truly one-of-a-kind. Customer Responsibility: It is the responsibility of our customers to ensure that they fully understand the condition, fit, and details of each item before purchasing, whether in-store or purchasing online. I don't live in Austin, can you ship?

We sure do! At this time, we offer curated collection drops via our web store. Click here to see our current items for sale. Each of our collections are individually curated within a specific theme - these items are the best of the best! Be sure to create a customer account and be notified as soon as a collection drops. Items sell out quick!

We also sell items directly off the shop floor via our Instagram stories. We'll frequently showcase new items to hit the floor that are available for purchase. DM directly on the story to purchase. Note: items are not held until payment is confirmed. 

All items requiring shipping are shipped via USPS within 3-5 business days. Standard shipping rates can be observed during checkout. 

I'm a local and bought something from the web store. Can I pick up my purchase at the shop and not pay for shipping?

Absolutely! Email us at honeyhillmarket@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram within 24 hours to request a local pick up. We will refund your shipping and hold the item for you. 

Do you purchase directly from the public?

At this time we don't purchase directly from the public, but if you think you have something super special, send us an email at honeyhillmarket@gmail.com and let's chat!

Do you sell gift cards?

We sure do! Click here to purchase a digital gift certificate. During checkout you will have the opportunity to include a message and designate an email or phone number to deliver to. Gift certificates never expire, are not taxed, and can be used online or in-store. At this time, we do not offer physical gift certificates.
